Good morning has life got you down in a bad way last night before i went to bed i was reading a book by Lance armstrong he was talking about his cancer and brain surgery he was scared at first but once he figured out plan of attack he nailed and has been cancer free. plus his procedure was to help him get back on his back and since then he was won 6 more tours de frances... so dont let the momentum going which means dont stop to count just keep on moving along. and Attack the SOB in the face.

hello out there sorry iam getting bad at this now i should be up to over 20 by now but iam not so heres the scoop ive lost 3 best friends this yr due to my actions lately i feel terrible about the situation i dont mean the things i said about them. I AM A TRUE TO friend to everyone i know i may be disloyal and dishonest with them ive lost there trust and will never gain it back for this i will suffer and will always regret saying them. On a lighter note back to my daily word of wisdom never fight a friend/co-worker because if you do in the end youll end up screwing yourself out having anything worth having in life such as friends etc. so go out there and attempt to fix the problems you created and just COMMUNICATE effectively (example dont smart mouth or back talk let them speak without getting rude) so today is fixing and communicating...

P.S i dont know if you read this cassie BUT IAM SORRY FOR THE THINGS IVE DONE!!!!

its been awhile since ive made one of these but lately ive been busy. i guess i just got to get back to habit of writing these. anyways my uplifitng words of wisdom today is a fine day every problem occurs for a reason some are so bad that it takes awhile to fix or so small that its not going to fix anything so today dont create negative problems for your self its the worse thing anyone can do to make a miserable life. i got started writing this because i needed to become a better human bean so far the non-members that i know about have bashed this but those people arent important its the ones i reach out too that ive done something to make a difference in there life.

This is my first of my many notes to come that i will hope to remember to update every day. Today is a very beautiful day amongst the 365 days of the yr. it is a new day theres new people to meet new things to do and be creative. I was reading in a book the other day if you focus on your weaknesses you will never become sucessful you must always stay strong stay true to ones self. But also giving which means give give give as much as possible people will start to notice. being prepared for life and its curve balls will make you a sucessful person. now go out there be successful be true and be prepared and stay focused.
